It supplements our privacy policy. The rights described there, in particular access, erasure and objection, remain unaffected.
2. Your choice and the services in use
You can make your decision right here and change it at any time. Essential entries cannot be separated from operating the website and therefore cannot be switched off; everything else stays disabled until you consent.
Your choice is valid for twelve months, after which we ask again. When you withdraw, we delete the cookies belonging to the purposes you switched off. If a new service requiring consent is added, your previous choice expires as well.

This service does not store anything on your device itself.
The voice assistant only places a session identifier on your device so that your messages can be linked to the running conversation. It expires as soon as you close the browser tab.
The conversation content itself is not a storage entry in your browser, but we mention it here for completeness: no conversation data is stored at ElevenLabs Inc., the provider of the speech technology. Audio and transcripts are processed there only transiently, for as long as the answer in the running conversation requires, and are not retained afterwards.
If you agree at the start of a call or chat that the transcript and audio recording may be stored, they are kept solely on our own server in Germany in our CRM system. Without your agreement we keep neither audio nor transcripts. Details are set out in the privacy policy.
Independently of our consent management, you can review, delete individually or generally block cookies in your browser. Depending on the browser, the settings are found under "Privacy and security", "Site settings" or "Cookies and site data".
Please note: deleting the entries of this website also removes your stored privacy choice. We will then ask again on your next visit.
