These terms govern use of nexaluna.ai and its subpages. The legal entity is Nexaluna AI Solutions UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Renkenweg 23, 83209 Prien am Chiemsee, Germany.
Separate agreements, statements of work and service levels apply to our services and projects. Individual agreements in an offer take precedence.
2. Content and information
Website content is provided for general information. We seek to keep information accurate and current but do not guarantee completeness, correctness or uninterrupted availability.
3. Intellectual property
Texts, designs, graphics, logos and software elements are protected by copyright or trademark law. Reproduction, modification or distribution beyond normal website use requires prior permission.
4. Prohibited use
In particular, the following are prohibited:
- security or vulnerability testing without prior written permission
- automated extraction that circumvents technical safeguards
- submission of unlawful or harmful content
- actions that impair the security or operation of the website
5. External links
External providers are responsible for the content and privacy practices of linked websites. We do not adopt external content as our own.
6. Availability and changes
Continuous availability is not guaranteed. Content, features and these terms may be changed. The published version is authoritative.
7. Newsletter
The newsletter is a free and voluntary service. There is no entitlement to receive it, to a particular publication frequency or to particular content; we may change or discontinue it at any time.
You may only sign up with your own email address or one you are demonstrably authorised to use. Entering someone else’s address without their consent is prohibited. Every sign-up is confirmed using a double opt-in procedure; without confirmation we send nothing.
You can unsubscribe at any time and without giving reasons: via the link at the end of every newsletter email, via the newsletter section of the privacy policy, or informally to info@nexaluna.ai. Details of how we process your data are set out in the privacy policy.
8. Liability
We have unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and mandatory statutory liability. For slight negligence affecting essential duties, liability is limited to foreseeable typical loss. Liability for other slight negligence is excluded.
9. Governing law and venue
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where legally permitted and the user is a business, our registered office is the venue. Statutory venues apply to consumers.
10. Final provisions
If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The contract language is German; translations are provided for information.
