PostMaestro gets a planning assistant

Editorial planning, approvals and publishing now run in a single flow – including a per-channel preview.

With today’s release PostMaestro closes the gap between idea and publication. Instead of collecting content in spreadsheets and copying it into the channels by hand, the editorial plan now lives where publishing actually happens.

What is new

The planning assistant suggests time slots based on previous posts and highlights gaps in the editorial calendar. Approvals follow a clear chain: draft, review, scheduled, published. Every state is traceable and can be reverted.

On top of that, the channel preview shows what a post really looks like on LinkedIn, Instagram and in the newsletter – including character limits and image cropping.

Why this matters

Most friction in content production does not come from writing, it comes from coordination. Who approves, what counts as final, which version goes out? The assistant turns those questions into part of the tool instead of part of the email thread.

Availability

The update is live for all existing environments. New workspaces start with the assistant enabled. If you are not using PostMaestro yet and would like a look, just get in touch.
